Social Media & Content Creator / Manager — Beauty & PR

About the company

W7 Makeup Greece is looking for a creative and organized individual who loves the beauty world and can take full responsibility for our social media presence, from monthly planning to content production and results evaluation.

Your tasks

We want your ideas to become complete works: videos that you film and present, polished graphics, and actions that serve the brand's goals.

Your Role

• Planning a monthly schedule for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, in connection with new products and commercial activities.
• Idea and script creation, filming, product presentation on camera, and editing for Reels, TikTok, and advertisements.
• Creation of graphics for posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with the W7 image.
• Scheduling posts and managing daily communication with the audience.
• Coordinating PR collaborations and content creators: collaboration proposals, creative briefs, shipments with our team, and monitoring deliverables.
• Organizing giveaways and community activities.
• Managing social media advertising campaigns within the approved budget, monitoring results, and proposing improvements.
• Researching makeup and social media trends and producing material at our headquarters or in partner stores in Thessaloniki.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing professional social media, with a portfolio of videos and graphics.
• Comfort and naturalness in front of the camera, clear speech, and the ability to present makeup products.
• Good knowledge of beauty products, makeup application, and modern trends.
• Very good use of graphic design and editing tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Practical experience in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager and understanding of key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of TikTok Ads and Google Ads will be appreciated.
• Organization, consistency, creative initiative, correct written language, and good knowledge of English.
• Ability to be present in Pylaia and participate in scheduled shoots in Thessaloniki.

What we offer

Benefits

• Six-month employment, Monday–Friday.
• Net monthly salary of 1,100–1,400 €, depending on experience and portfolio, with legal bonuses and leave allowance extra.
• Physical presence at our headquarters: Filippos Business Center, Agias Anastasias & Laertou, Pylaia Thessaloniki, P.C. 55535. Possibility of certain tasks from home upon agreement and depending on the production schedule.
• An active role in the planning of content and activities for W7 Makeup Greece.
