Job Description: For our client, an established company in the consumer goods industry in Saarland, we are looking for a Contract Management Employee (gn). We are looking for a personality who has a secure command of accounting, takes on responsibility, and actively helps shape processes.

Contract Management Employee (gn)

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of purchase and sales contracts
• Coordination with sales, purchasing, and logistics
• Maintenance and control of contract data as well as documentation of foreign exchange and stock market transactions
• Ensuring data quality and compliance with contractual specifications
• Creation of evaluations, reports, and overviews
• Support in the procurement and administration of contracts
• Maintenance of customer and supplier data in the system
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces

Your profile:

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in contract management, purchasing, or the finance sector is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Excel and ideally SAP
• Structured way of working and high quality standards
• Analytical thinking and understanding of numbers
• Strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external partners
• Good English skills, French is an advantage
