Receptionist & Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a proactive person with a vocation for service. Previous experience in customer service in hotels, VIP lounges, or airports will be valued. Main functions and responsibilities:

• Reception and assistance to passengers in the Lounge according to the access and stay policies established by our commercial partners

• Informing about flight status and boarding if necessary

• Provision of gastronomic supplies and services within the lounge, as well as contact with suppliers.

• Maintaining the general order of the lounge, creating a unique atmosphere

• Always being at the disposal of customers and helping them with any incident that may occur.

• Other administrative requirements required by the operations manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hotels, VIP lounges, and/or airport operations.

• Advanced level of English and intermediate level of Portuguese.

• Other languages will be valued.

• Availability to work in flexible schedules, morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Work modality: On-site

Academic Background:

• Advanced student or graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
