Your tasks

As Teamleader AI & Application Management, you are the focal point for the digital future of W.E.B. You identify potentials, develop strategic guidelines, drive the implementation of innovative solutions, and accompany our organization on the path to a responsible and successful use of AI.

• Further development of the AI strategy as well as evaluation of AI models, tools, and infrastructures

• Development and implementation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

• Integration of AI solutions into the existing IT and data landscape

• Strategic further development of the application landscape

• Analysis of requirements as well as conception and implementation of suitable solutions

• Ensuring stable application operation and management of interfaces

• Promotion of an open AI and innovation culture

• Conception and implementation of internal AI training as well as development of guidelines

• Advising and supporting departments in digitalization and process optimization with AI

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Data Science and/or comparable professional experience in the above-mentioned area

• Experience in leading project teams

• Several years of experience with IT projects, ideally in the introduction of AI systems, Data Analytics, or complex digitalization projects

• Practical knowledge of modern LLMs, APIs, and data structures

• Experience in application management or in the support of heterogeneous application landscapes

• English skills (business fluent)

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

• Independent and responsible way of working in connection with a strong hands-on mentality

• Communication strength, flexibility & teamwork
