Responsibilities and assignments Control and update schedules, scopes, and project documentation for the area; Monitor deadlines, deliveries, and main project milestones, ensuring execution as planned; Prepare and distribute status reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders; Identify, record, and communicate risks, deviations, and the need for corrective actions; Support and facilitate alignment meetings with stakeholders, preparing minutes and following up on defined actions; Monitor deliveries from the involved areas, acting proactively in following up on deadlines and pending items; Organize and keep project documentation updated, including records, decisions, and lessons learned; Support the Gerente de Projetos & CX III in analyses, presentations, and strategic initiatives for the area;
Requirements and qualifications Education: Completed higher education or currently studying in Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia da Informação, Gestão de Projetos, or related areas. Post-graduation or certification in Project Management, such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master, is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate project management, PMO, or related roles; Experience with schedules, deadlines, scope, risks, and monitoring deliveries; Experience with methodologies such as PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid; Experience in operations, technology, services, or CX projects will be a differentiator.
Technical knowledge:
Knowledge of MS Project, Planner, Jira, or similar tools; Intermediate Excel for controls, reports, and dashboards; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and preparation of presentations and reports; Intermediate English for reading materials and project tools.
