Your tasks
We seek an experienced Test Engineer to develop, debug, and validate ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products.
- Develop, debug, and bring up ATE test programs to ensure accurate semiconductor product testing
- Operate Advantest 93K (SmarTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UltraFlex platforms to execute test procedures
- Collaborate with design engineers to debug first-silicon issues, characterize devices, and support production release
- Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional testing, and MBIST to verify digital circuit functionality
- Perform device characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions to validate performance
- Characterize mixed-signal IPs such as ADCs, DACs, and PLLs to ensure signal integrity and accuracy
- Support test program handover, yield improvement, and test-time reduction initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams to align testing with product goals
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE platforms is preferred
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics to support comprehensive test development
- Experience in ATE test program development, debugging, and device characterization to deliver reliable test solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills to troubleshoot and optimize test processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and communicate test results clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
