Allround Accountant (FT - 4/5)

Konnekt is currently looking for an allround accountant who will act as the head bookkeeper of an sme located in the region of Wielsbeke. This sme carries out its activities within a high-end sector and has international reach. Are you ready to get hands-on and apply your analytical eye to the figures and report directly to the managing director?

Job Description

• Responsible for the complete accounting processing from A to Z, including invoicing, VAT returns and preparation of periodic and annual closings.
• Preparation, analysis and follow-up of financial reporting.
• Management of analytical accounting and follow-up of cost structures.
• Execution of payments and coordination with the external accounting firm.
• Support for logistical, HR-related and administrative processes.
• You have obtained a degree in accountancy or finance-related field and have a few years of experience.
• You have strong analytical insight, work accurately with figures and approach information in a critical manner.
• You handle Excel smoothly and professionally.
• You communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
• You think proactively, take initiative and dare to take responsibility.
