Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations.

Allocate duties and monitor production personnel.

Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.

Monitor product quality and production processes.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams.

Monitor machine and manpower utilization.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Prepare daily production reports.

Identify production challenges and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work shifts where required.
