Your tasks
- Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability.
- Supervise warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and other operational personnel as applicable.
- Coordinate order processing, loading, deliveries, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, returns, and operational activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure proper handling and security of company products and assets.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in operations, distribution, logistics, warehouse supervision, or FMCG is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
- Good record-keeping, reporting, and basic computer skills.
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Must reside in Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, or nearby areas.
