Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Based in Abuja, this hybrid position combines on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting processes, preparing financial statements and reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Manager will develop budgets and forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to leadership on profitability, cost control, and financial risks. The role also involves coordinating audits, liaising with financial institutions and external partners, improving financial controls, and supporting the development of financial policies and procedures. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Accounting, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Experience in Auditing, with skills in internal controls review and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage. Competence with financial software and Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial work. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
