Field Service Engineer / Industrial Maintenance

Vacancy Description

An important leading company in Additive Manufacturing and Industrial 3D Printing technology is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance to clients nationwide.

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree or Engineering in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in industrial maintenance, machinery repair, mechatronics, or field technical support.
• Language: Advanced English / Conversational (Indispensable) for training abroad and direct technical support with international brands.
• Documentation: Valid American VISA (Indispensable) and a valid driver's license.
• Availability: Full availability to travel constantly nationwide (services of 1 to 2 days and installations).

Main Functions:

• Installation, technical support, diagnosis, and preventive/corrective maintenance of industrial 3D printers and peripheral equipment (mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems).
• Replacement of electronic components, sensors, hoses, and assemblies at the client's site.
• Technical training for clients on the operation and care of the machinery.
• Handling of services and visits to industrial plants in different states of the republic.
• Active participation in international training to obtain official technical certifications.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge in 3D printing technologies / additive manufacturing.
• Interpretation of blueprints and basic handling of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Self-taught attitude, high problem-solving capacity, customer orientation, and resilience.

We Offer:

• Base Salary: $15,000 to $20,000 gross pesos per month (Depending on experience and aptitudes).

• Additional Compensation: Scheme of 4 performance bonuses upon being assigned a client portfolio.
• International Training: Paid courses and certifications in USA or Barcelona directly by multinational partners (HP, Formlabs, Desktop Metal).
• Extra Benefits: 50% support for language learning + Mentorship period (shadowing) during the first 6 months.

Working Day:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Modality:

On-site / Field travel (Hybrid scheme in the future)

Zapopan Industrial (near CUCEA).
