Purchasing Manager - with experience in HACCP systems

About the company

A leading company in dairy supplies for pastry and bakery is looking for a Purchasing Manager to ensure the strategic supply of raw materials and inputs, negotiating commodity contracts, managing national and international suppliers, and guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards (FSSC 22000).

Your tasks

Purchasing planning with MRP and monthly Forecast. Negotiation of long-term contracts and commodity hedging. Coordination of imports and permits with customs agents. Development and evaluation of strategic suppliers. Preparation of financial reports for General Management. Implementation of supplier diversification strategies.

Requirements

Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the food sector. Intermediate English and experience in importing raw materials. Knowledge of quality and food safety systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP). Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar software.

What we offer

Hiring Conditions Base salary: $35,000–$40,000 nominal monthly depending on experience. Quarterly KPI bonus: $5,000 monthly. Grocery vouchers: $1,600 monthly. PTU and statutory benefits.
