General and Tax Accountant - Advanced English

Your tasks
Main responsibilities Prepare and file tax returns (ISR, IVA, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT). Perform bank reconciliations and control financial movements. Prepare cash flow and financial reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Record accounting entries and validate payment requests. Maintain updated accounting records for operations in Mexico and the USA. Manage invoicing, vouchers, and records in QuickBooks. Follow up on accounting processes under the RESICO regime. Participate in the implementation of an ERP system for the accounting and financial area. Detect and follow up on discrepancies in financial processes. Support administrative activities related to the accounting area.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in general and tax accounting. Knowledge of the ISR Law, IVA, and tax obligations in Mexico. Experience in bank reconciliations, financial statements, and tax calculation. Proficiency in QuickBooks or some ERP (SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar). Mastery of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and information analysis). Advanced English (ESSENTIAL)

What we offer
Salary of $35,000 to $50,000 monthly net (According to experience) Benefits by law. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
