Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Open doors for a growing team. You’ll build partnerships with companies, schools and community groups for PaceSetters Organisation, home to 154 Wealth Managers. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.
Who this suits: outgoing fresh graduates, or people with a year or two in sales, events or customer-facing work, who enjoy meeting people and making things happen.
What you'll do
- Find and build partnerships with companies, schools and community organisations
- Set up corporate talks, workshops and roadshows for our Wealth Managers
- Plan and run outreach campaigns, and follow up on every lead
- Track partners and opportunities in our CRM or trackers, and report results against monthly targets
- Support events from planning to the day itself, including some evenings or weekends, with notice
What we're looking for
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Outgoing and persuasive, and enjoys meeting new people
- Organised enough to juggle many conversations at once
- Sales, BD, events or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months
What we offer
- $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
- Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
- Real ownership of partnerships, from first contact to a signed partnership agreement (no products to sell)
