Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

This is your area of activity:

• Processing and coordination of inquiries as well as orders from our national Key Accounts
• Monitoring planned processes and coordination in case of delays or changes
• Advising our customers and jointly developing practical solutions
• Collaboration across departmental boundaries - in particular with Supply Chain, regional sales units and the market segments
• Checking credit limits and adjusting payment terms, if necessary
• Ensuring compliance with current export and foreign trade regulations for customers and products
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data

What you bring to the role:

• Completed training as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Initial experience in supporting major customers, ideally in an internationally oriented company
• Initiative, a structured way of working and the willingness to take on responsibility
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, especially in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module, is a plus
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
• An appreciative communication style that motivates and is oriented towards common goals
• Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation and intercultural competence
• Resilience and flexibility, even in dynamic situations
