In our warehouses, we emphasize teamwork A varied and dynamic working environment.

As Assistant Teamlead at Vos Logistics, you ensure a smooth and structured flow of the daily warehouse operation. You maintain an overview of the shop floor, coordinate daily activities, and ensure an efficient workflow. You distribute tasks, monitor progress, and adjust where necessary. If bottlenecks arise, you resolve them independently and coordinate with the Teamlead where necessary, who acts as your fallback option.

We have the job! Do you have the skills?

• Demonstrable, multi-year background in 3PL (storage, order processing, packing, and shipping);
• You are familiar with WMS functionalities;
• You have experience in managing teams;
• 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00), with potentially longer days during busy periods (from 06:00) and occasional Saturday work (± 3 times per year);
• You have a good command of the English language. Dutch is a plus.
