About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Business Expansion Specialist to support the company’s growth and development. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building professional relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company’s client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore potential business opportunities and market segments.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective business partners or clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Support business development initiatives, networking activities and company events.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and follow up on opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to support business expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in business development, customer engagement, recruitment, relationship management, sales support or administration are welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable engaging with people from different backgrounds.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
