Product Specialist Intern

We are seeking a Product Development Intern who is passionate about innovation and education. This role is critical to ensuring our offerings remain engaging, impactful, and aligned with the needs of our participants.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and Enhance Products:

• Research global trends in education and career development to ensure product relevance.
• Research and uncover unique programs, workshops, and partners-not the obvious ones.
• Design and refine educational programs, workshops, and experiential learning activities.

1. Identify Opportunities:

• Negotiate for the best experience: work with partners to balance quality, value, and feasibility.
• Identify and establish partnerships with potential collaborators to enhance product value.
• Identify new potential markets and develop strategic value propositions to meet their unique needs.

1. Monitor Product Performance:

• Collect and analyze feedback to improve existing products.
• Measure the effectiveness of programs using qualitative and quantitative data.

Duration of the internship lasts between 4 to 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education & Experience - Preferably: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Product Management, Business or related fields, or
• 4 out of 5 Days WFO Arrangement at our office in Jakarta Selatan

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills to identify activities, trends and evaluate product success.
• Ability to identify and approach potential partners and establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Creativity in designing unique, engaging experiences for participants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Mandarin / Korean / Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• Communication and presenting skill
• Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
