Career Development & Learning Intern

We’re looking for a Career Development & Learning Intern who shares our passion-centric approach and wants to help bring it to life. You’ll work closely with Vooya’s team to support the delivery of assessments and mentoring, contribute to learning and development initiatives, and create educational content that helps students explore their passions, learning, and future possibilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in career development, assessment, mentoring, learning & development, and educational content creation.

Key Responsibilities Assessment Administration & Mentoring

• Assist in administering Vooya’s passion and career assessments for students and clients.
• Guide participants through assessment instructions and ensure a smooth assessment experience.
• Support the preparation and organization of assessment materials, results, and documentation.
• Mentor students during selected programs, workshops, or study tours.
• Support students in reflecting on their interests, learning experiences, and personal development.
• Assist with follow-up activities and documentation after assessments or mentoring sessions.

Learning & Development

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Vooya’s learning programs, frameworks, and resources.
• Research topics related to career development, education, learning, and student development.
• Explore ways to improve learning experiences, including reflective learning and e-journaling activities.
• Contribute ideas for workshops, bootcamps, and other learning initiatives.
• Help translate Vooya’s learning philosophy and frameworks into practical approaches that can be applied in student programs.
• Support the continuous improvement of Vooya’s learning methodologies and educational approaches.

Educational Content Development

• Create educational content related to passion, career exploration, learning, and personal development.
• Develop worksheets, activity guides, reflection exercises, presentation materials, and other learning resources.
• Research topics, trends, and resources related to education, career development, and experiential learning.
• Help translate Vooya’s frameworks and learning concepts into clear, practical, and engaging content.
• Contribute ideas for engaging and age-appropriate content and activities for students.
• Support the development and refinement of e-journaling activities, bootcamp materials, and other educational resources.
• Review and improve existing materials to make them clearer, more engaging, and relevant to students.

Requirements

• Strong interest in career development, education, student development, learning & development, or mentoring.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good writing, research, and content development skills.
• Comfortable working with students and young people.
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and turn information into practical learning materials.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using digital tools for research, writing, presentations, and content creation.
• Willingness to support assessments, mentoring activities, workshops, and other learning experiences when required.

Plus Points

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience creating educational content, worksheets, presentations, or learning materials.
• Experience working with students, mentoring, tutoring, or facilitating learning activities.
• Experience with psychometric or career assessments.
• Experience designing or facilitating workshops, bootcamps, or other learning programs.
• Exposure to HR, organizational learning & development, or people development.
• Interest in experiential learning, reflective practices, and career exploration.
• Experience with content creation, research, or educational projects.
