Job Description
What will you do?
As a Field Service Maintenance Technician, you are the technical pivot that keeps our machines in top shape at international customers. You will primarily perform scheduled activities and travel to customers within the Benelux and parts of Europe. -
- Perform periodic maintenance services on Voortman machines at customer sites. -
- You will work 1 to 5 days on location abroad, usually during the week, with weekends at home. -
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions, especially mechanical ones. -
- Ensure clear communication with customers and colleagues regarding the progress of your work. -
- Work independently or in a small team and complete your task with a report and customer explanation.
Requirements
We ask -
- Mbo level of work and thought, in the direction of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. -
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux and Europe, with projects of 1 to 5 days, mostly during the week. -
- Good command of the English language; German is a plus.
