Service Engineer

What will you do?

As a Service Engineer, you are the lifesaver for our customers. You are a technical all-rounder who quickly understands and solves problems. You travel to customers in regions within the Benelux and parts of Europe to get machines running smoothly again and to reassure customers with your knowledge and skills.

• Together with the Service Coördinator in Rijssen, you discuss technical malfunctions and immediately devise solutions.

• During the week, you often work abroad; on weekends, you are at home.

• On-site, you analyze problems, solve them, and advise customers to prevent malfunctions in the future.

• You transfer your knowledge to customers and colleagues and record your activities in service reports.

• You often work independently, but you are never alone – our Support team is always ready to support you.

We request

• Mbo level of work and thinking in the direction of Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, or Elektrotechniek.
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux and parts of Europe; during the week you are often on the road and at home on weekends. If working on a weekend is necessary, this is always done in consultation.
• Flexibility is important, as these activities cannot be planned in advance.
• Good command of the English language; German is a plus.
