Manager International Expansion (f/m/d)

Tasks As Manager International Expansion (f/m/d), you are responsible for international expansion and the allocation of exclusive territories in Europe, and you carry out the direct approach of new partners. You search for and select potential business partners and conduct contract negotiations independently. You constantly develop effective acquisition strategies, regularly create reports and analyses, and report directly to the management. A lucrative commission model for successful closings and you will receive full technical equipment.

Profile You have completed commercial training or a university degree. You have several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in sales, ideally in the field of headhunting or recruiting and/or real estate. Very good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable. You have experience in the direct approach and acquisition of potential business partners. You possess persuasiveness, communication skills, and enthusiasm. You have good interpersonal skills and potential assessment skills, as well as a sense for business data and facts.
