About you

We expect you to have a degree from university studies and a couple of years of experience working in a technical support job or similar role. You have good knowledge of LEAN and previous experience from working with customer contacts. Your solid knowledge of ITIL processes, support tools such as Remedy, Snow or similar, as well as infrastructure components like LAN, Server storage and Cloud will give you the necessary foundation to deliver good results. In addition, you are interested in new technologies and to further develop yourself and others.

Qualifications / Requirements of the job Relevant university degree 2-3 years of experience from working with technical support or similar role Previous experience from IT within manufacturing industry Experience from IT implementations/ change work into production runtime. About the job

You will join the onsite team as a Business Analyst in Umeå. Quality and continuous improvements out of a LEAN perspective will be essential in this position. In your daily work you will primary work with business contact and requirements, daily operations follow up including continuous improvement in our IT delivery at the local Volvo Plant. Customer success is always in our mind.

As a Business Analyst you have an upstream focus rather than implementation focus. You will be involved in several of following activities: Stakeholder requirements needs, end user needs, process definitions, Quality follow up, Way of working, Competence planning. All to find the optimal solution, consistent and efficient usage of solution and requirement management of Process & IT solutions.

The Business Analyst need to have a good understanding of the business goals and stakeholder needs, when working with a service, solution or Application Lifecycle. You will also work closely with other stakeholders within Volvo Group.
