Finance Assistant Manager

At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile.

Currently, we are looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to join our team. They will be responsible for developing the strategy for the treasury, billing, collections, and procurement areas at the VOLTA level to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization and provide information for business decision-making.

Main functions:

• Lead the management of the treasury, billing, collections, and procurement areas in the various companies that make up the group.
• Plan and review financial resource flows at the company level to ensure compliance with the organization's obligations and duties and provide information for investment decision-making.
• Establish collection procedures to ensure the recovery of invoices within the commercial conditions agreed upon in the provision of services.
• Review monthly billing income in the systems to ensure cash flow for the entire organization, managing internal counterparts to ensure correct billing.
• Design and ensure compliance with the processes for acquisition, information, and disposal of company assets, as well as the insurance structure for said assets.
• Participate in shareholder reviews and internal committees to provide financial information for decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Professional training in Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial.
• Desirable diploma or master's degree in financial matters.
• At least 5 years of experience in management or assistant management positions in finance, at a holding/group of companies level.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience using ERP, preferably SAP at an intermediate level.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Desirable knowledge of Power BI.
