Your tasks

An industrial player in energy and the environment operates waste-to-energy (WTE) units in France under multi-year maintenance contracts. You will lead the team executing these contracts and manage the relationship with plant managers: half management, half client. The client is looking for a maintenance leader, legitimate on-site; a sales background is not required.

• Team: manage 4 to 5 business managers expert in WTE maintenance, and the site teams
• Portfolio: manage 5 to 8 Meuros of multi-year contracts, in terms of budget, margin, and deadlines
• Major shutdowns: prepare and manage technical shutdowns, with the plant teams
• Clients: be the interlocutor for plant managers, renew and grow contracts

Requirements

Desired profile: Your profile

• 10 years of experience or more, including operational experience in WTE or incineration, or failing that, in a large thermal installation
• Proven field leadership: managing managers, business managers, or a maintenance team
• Major shutdowns and management of budgets or maintenance contracts
• Operational English; Master's degree, engineer or equivalent
