A firm founded by an engineer Florian Beurtey, a graduate of the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and AgroParisTech, has experience in production and continuous improvement at industrial sites and an energy production plant. He conducts every mandate himself, writes the job description with the client before the first call, and meets every candidate before presenting them. After signing, integration is supported for 90 days, for both the candidate and the company.

The company does everything itself: its design office, its factory, and assembly at the client's site, for both new plants and existing plants to be modernized. Your missions

Your profile
- 10 years or more of managing complex industrial projects, including a portfolio of several projects - A culture of EPC, industrial equipment, or energy, ideally in energy recovery from waste - Fluent English, practiced every week - Cross-functional management: you drive teams forward that do not report to you - Master's degree (Bac + 5), ideally an engineer

- A project manager who has never managed a portfolio - School-level English - A position held remotely from the site

- Direct project: you personally carry a major project, facing the client - Portfolio: you coordinate project managers on the longest and most complex deals, from the offer to commissioning - Arbitration: the factory, design office, HSE, and assembly all need you in the same week; you decide where the effort goes, without being the head of these teams - Pre-sales: offer estimation and client relations - Governance: you report to a group director, in English, between an international group and a historical shareholder with sometimes conflicting expectations
