HR Business Partner (Blumenau/ SC)

Responsibilities and assignments
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic support to the Heads of each operation, centralizing HR demands and articulating solutions with specialist areas (Talent Acquisition, Remuneration, Training, Internal Communication, Payroll, and Benefits).
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes for corporate and strategic positions, from profile alignment to final negotiation with candidates.
- Analysis and definition of organizational structure, including review and creation of job positions, definition of scope, hierarchical levels, and salary grading according to internal policies and market practices.
- Evaluation and implementation of talent retention strategies, mapping turnover risks and proposing action plans based on data and engagement analysis.
- Development of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and labor legislation.
- Consultative role in performance management, including the development of performance recovery plans, monitoring leaders, and recording action plans.
- Design and monitoring of action plans with management, according to team needs, performance, engagement, and organizational climate.
- Conducting terminations (voluntary and involuntary), performing exit interviews and controlling related indicators.
- Acting in labor relations, supporting negotiations, monitoring collective agreements and conventions, as well as providing guidance to leadership on labor practices and local regulations.
- Conflict mediation and guidance to managers and employees, seeking balanced solutions that preserve relationships and company values.
- Active participation in organizational change processes, supporting leaders and teams in adapting to new management models, structures, or culture.
- Development and monitoring of HR indicators (KPIs), such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance, and succession.
- Support in managing organizational climate and developing action plans resulting from engagement surveys.
- Acting as a focal point for questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, offering generalist support to employees and interfacing with specialist areas.
- Participation in global and regional HR projects, ensuring local alignment and efficient implementation of corporate initiatives.
- Preparation of executive presentations and reports, conducting meetings and presentations in English with global and regional teams.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related areas.
- Solid experience as an HRBP, preferably in multinational companies.
- Advanced English (essential for conducting meetings and presentations).
- German will be considered a differentiator.
- Office Package (intermediate Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in continuous improvement of HR Systems.
- Remuneration practices, labor relations, and labor legislation.
- Payroll processes, benefits, and personnel administration.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related areas.
- Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
- Experience as a Key User or participant in HR system implementation projects, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
