Software Test and Release Analyst

And in 2023, we started South American operations, with our first headquarters in Brazil.Responsibilities and attributionsConsolidate the integrated vision of test demands, programs, vehicles, banks, human resources, equipment, priorities, and software releases for engines and transmissions;Support management in the planning of people, resources, workload, vehicle availability, equipment, test windows, and activities necessary for software release and implementation;Monitor schedules, milestones, pending items, risks, priority conflicts, planning deviations, and software release status, proposing alternatives to maintain program execution;Manage and support the software release flow for engines and transmissions, from the preparation of technical documentation, validation evidence, and alignments in forums, to implementation in production;Act as the operational governance focal point between engineering, validation, calibration, application, durability, production, quality, workshop, suppliers, Pilot Plant, and client areas;Organize monitoring routines, status meetings, indicators, dashboards, booklets, and executive reports to support tactical and managerial decisions;Support the technical team in removing impediments, escalating problems, aligning priorities, and coordinating shared resources.Requirements and qualificationsEducation:Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.Other specializations:Project Management, Automotive Engineering, Process Management, Data/BI, Lean/Agile, Business Management, or areas related to software/vehicle electronics.Language:Advanced EnglishAdditional informationThis is a CLT opportunity, with on-site work in Resende/RJBenefits:• Sulamerica Health Plan• Sulamerica Dental Plan• Meal Voucher• Food Voucher• Daycare Assistance• Well-being Program• Private Pension• Life Insurance• PLR
