Responsibilities and assignments Plan and monitor engineering deliveries in product development projects according to board approval and in accordance with available processes. Establish, organize, and document technical information. Act as a facilitator for the engineering areas, identifying impediments and proposing solutions for the evolution of engineering deliveries in the project plan. Responsible for supporting the approval of the KE milestone: organize technical information and ensure distribution via FPA or TPD to the affected areas in development for activity planning; Conduct the alignment, construction, and scheduling of the engineering activity map given the presented technical scope; Prepare deadline and budget estimates to meet project requirements; Ensure adequate project cost management, ranging from resource forecasting in the company's investment plan, consolidating budgets with the areas, and controlling expenses throughout the project, aiming to ensure no lack of resources in the project to carry out development within approved budgets; Support the necessary Engineering development milestone deliverables throughout the product development process, based on the pillars: Technical Project Leaders and Engineering budget control; Ensure project maturity indicators (VPK, VPP, and VPB) according to the project schedule with an action plan for open points and validation in project forums for other directorates; Map risks and critical paths in the work plan and propose solutions for appreciation by engineering executives; Monitor and facilitate the progress of engineering macro deliverables through agile methods and SCRUM references; Present reports and indicators (budgetary, delivery evolution, and schedule compliance); Register and document the main deliverables, according to RGS.
