Responsibilities and duties
Ensure that the development processes established by the company are respected, ensuring technical integrity, traceability, and continuous updating of product data throughout its life cycle, through efficient management of configuration, description, and technical modification. Ensure the correct definition, maintenance, and evolution of option codes, rules, and product structures, ensuring that all options, variants, and dependencies meet technical requirements. Build and maintain engineering technical lists that are always up to date, ensuring the fidelity of technical modification management. Ensure that new products approved by the company are always correctly represented in the engineering technical structure, obeying the strategic chronology defined by the company. Collaborate with multidisciplinary areas to ensure that all changes are correctly reflected in corporate systems, promoting quality and adherence to market, manufacturing, and end-customer requirements. Support technical decisions of projects from conception to closure; Manage the process of product creation, description, and modification through analysis, systemic approval processes, and document input. Structure and maintain product configurations, ensuring that variants, dependencies, and technical rules are correctly represented in product management systems; Assign new part numbers, optional codes, program points (events) for all products developed by Engineering; Assign color codes and texture types to parts and assemblies identified as colorable; Perform all Engineering releases, ensuring the quality of all information necessary for development, production, and sales processes. Conduct and monitor technical modification processes (change management), from impact analysis to final approval in the system, in compliance with established flows; Technically describe the product (classes, PRs, and technical rules) ensuring the correct basis for the sales offering structure and production processes; Provide technical support to internal and external relationship areas in everything related to the interface of Engineering systems and new corporate strategies, ensuring technical alignment and consistency in information; Manage the work performed by the purchased service company; Consider product life cycle analysis in the development stages of a new vehicle; Support new product projects and changes in existing products, ensuring correct documentation and technical traceability; Analyze inconsistencies that may generate failures, rework, or impacts on product structuring and the production line; Plan, organize, and monitor all project demands and area activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, and priorities.
Requirements and qualifications
Education: Engineering, Economics, Administration, Computer Science, and related fields.
