Expert Category Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Expert Category Management (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date

•Strategic procurement with a focus on indirect requirements such as services, personnel-related services, investment projects, and other company-relevant product groups •Exchange, coordination, and, if necessary, execution of cross-divisional and cross-country tenders •Strategic supplier and product group management for the further development of the responsible indirect procurement areas •Independent definition and implementation of requirement-optimized negotiation and procurement strategies, including advising internal stakeholders •Exchange and cooperation with the international procurement of Porsche Holding •Exchange and cooperation with national and international procurement functions as well as relevant specialist departments •Conducting supplier meetings as well as preparation of negotiation and decision documents •Analysis of procurement markets, identification of savings and optimization potential, and derivation of suitable measures •Independent execution of price comparisons, scenario analyses, economic efficiency studies, and market monitoring •Full-scale support and execution of procurement processes from requirement definition to award decision •Creation of reports for strategic decisions •Documentation of the economic result •Maintenance of supplier master data in the ERP system •Preparation of supplier master data in the ERP system •Elaboration of strategic procurement templates, award recommendations, and procurement-relevant documents •Intensive exchange and close cooperation with the entire procurement team as well as internal requirement holders •Experience in procurement / IT procurement / indirect procurement •Experience in process and project management •Confident communication with stakeholders of all hierarchical levels •Good knowledge of Office 365 •English language •Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage •Quick comprehension and analytical skills •Teamwork, communication strength, motivation, conflict management
