Volkswagen Financial Services is looking for its future Project Manager M/F intern to join the IT4IT department, for a duration of 6 months starting from November 2026.

You will be in charge of the following missions:

1- Request Monitoring

Monitoring requests for the IT4IT department:

• Requirement gathering, formalization via internal tools
• Coordination and monitoring of requests
• Monitoring and intervention on the most impactful tickets, communication within the DSI / if necessary preparation of communication at the company level
• Monthly update of issues (usage or technical) for the IT department
• Regular update of incidents and identification of problems

2- Assisting the Department Head

Providing support to the department head in the daily management of the team

• Ensuring the preparation and facilitation of department meetings
• Monitoring cross-functional actions of the department and responsible for their update
• Reporting team activity to management

3- Project Management

Coordinating teams and monitoring tasks

• Management of minor projects
• Formalizing risks

4- New Technologies

Using tools from the Microsoft Power Platform suite to improve activity

• Accompanying the department head in technological monitoring (IA)
• Acting as the relay on eco-responsible topics

Profile:

We are looking for a male/female student who masters English, has good analytical skills, and is following a Master's degree (Bac + 5) – Generalist training oriented towards project management / IT.
