Your tasks
Do you want to support business units in their transformations, optimize processes, and contribute concretely to improving company performance? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally, challenging the status quo, and supporting teams in the adoption of new methods and technologies?
At the heart of the company's transformation projects, you will support directorates, departments, and services in implementing their vision and in the sustainable improvement of their processes.
Supporting business units in improving their performance
You advise managers in the implementation of their vision and support them in managing their processes. You define the necessary performance indicators and control points, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities.
In a logic of continuous improvement, you challenge operational teams and support them in the evolution of their practices, notably by relying on Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
You also build the associated change management frameworks: governance, steering committee facilitation, training, communication, or peer reviews. Finally, you ensure an efficient transition between project phases and operational functioning.
Guaranteeing consistency between processes and implemented solutions
You participate in the company's structuring projects and ensure the adequacy between business needs, operational processes, and the envisaged IT or outsourcing solutions.
You perform gap analyses, measure the impact of changes, and challenge their feasibility, viability, sustainability, and desirability.
You also support operational teams in formalizing their needs, testing phases, and the validation of delivered evolutions, while ensuring proper change management.
Supporting the adoption of new technologies You contribute to identifying new technologies likely to meet the company's business challenges and perform the necessary benchmarks for their evaluation.
You also intervene in the tendering phases and support the deployment of selected solutions, notably through the definition of governance, training plans, and change management frameworks.
Fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation
You contribute to the animation of internal communities dedicated to sharing practices and feedback, notably around Lean Six Sigma, Power Platform, or Lunch & Learn formats.
As a true methodological expert, you support teams in using Lean Six Sigma tools and change management methods, while promoting the capitalization and dissemination of knowledge.
Guaranteeing the reliability of process mapping You ensure the update of the company's process mapping in ARIS and ensure the reliability of the information entered: MP3 processes, process owners, applications, attributes, tools, and modeling.
You also contribute to work related to IT risk reporting and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
Requirements
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally from a business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance, project management, transformation, or process optimization.
You have at least 5 years of experience in managing transformation projects, ideally acquired in the banking, financial, or industrial sector.
You master project management methodologies and have solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma, particularly in using the DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control approach. A Green Belt certification is expected, and a Black Belt certification is a real asset.
Your experience has also allowed you to develop skills in:
- change management;
- data analysis and processing;
- process improvement and management;
- audit and consulting;
- Agile methods;
- Design Thinking and Customer Journey;
- supporting business units in transformation projects.
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and are comfortable with Business Intelligence tools, RPA automation, as well as Power Platform.
Knowledge of processes, products, and services in the banking environment is an additional asset.
You are also able to operate in a professional environment in English.
