Our IT Department is looking for a Business Analyst M/F.

Integrated within the Fleet & Leasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the following missions:

I. Addressing user needs Based on the general functional specifications developed by the application manager:

• Analyze business user needs
• Participate with architects in developing the data model within your scope
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Evaluate the feasibility of the need, identify and measure impacts and risks
• Propose, if necessary, possible scenarios (solutions, macro-estimates, macro-schedules)
• Estimate and forecast the associated efforts and costs
• Report to the manager, the project manager, and the Application Manager

Depending on the project stage, the analyst will be qualified as a functional analyst or a technical analyst

II. Developing the solution in collaboration with project stakeholders

• Guide the business on solution choices related to the expression of its needs, on the configuration and use of the application
• Verify that the proposed solutions are technically compatible with existing applications and information systems or those currently under development
• Write detailed functional descriptions, documents relating to the evolution of components
• Write and validate technical specifications
• Evaluate the workload of an evolution request
• Evaluate performance aspects with the support of technical experts
• Define technical tests complementary to functional tests, integrate the application
• Commit to their manager and the IT Project Manager regarding the technical solution and associated estimation
• Be the guarantor of norms and standards
• Guarantee the delivery of application documentation, development documentation...

III. Functional/technical monitoring and user assistance

• Upon request, provide training to the business on the applications made available to them
• Act as level 3 expertise for corrective maintenance and user assistance; analyze any malfunctions and direct users toward the appropriate solution and business stakeholders
• Analyze and diagnose user feedback (requests for corrections or evolutions)
• Assistance with testing in connection with the testing and robotization team

IV. Coherence of the Information System architecture (technico-functional) - technological monitoring

• Maintain and evolve the application mapping of the IS (technical and functional)
• Ensure the monitoring of technical elements related to the applications under your responsibility (versioning, obsolescence...)
• Research and follow technological news in the respective fields
• Report on activity to the project manager, application manager, or Domain manager and alert if necessary

V. Project Tests / Backlog / Incidents Designing and preparing tests:

• Develop the testing strategy related to each evolution/project (delimitation of the technical and functional scope of tests and identification of business and IT stakeholders)
• Develop test plans, prepare and industrialize data sets, drive tests by risks and requirements
• Populate and manage the data made available in the acceptance environments from the reference data sets

Executing tests:

• Drive and execute the detailed functional/business test plan, in compliance with the production plan
• Report task progress to the project manager, application manager, and domain manager
• Produce deliverables for the change committee (strategy, protocol, report, acceptance report)

Participating in the development of repositories and tools:

• Populate and manage the test case repository(ies) from stored reference data as well as the IS parameter repository(ies)
• Optimize the use of the technical toolset, contribute to the industrialization of technical phases

Profile sought: Master's degree level (Bac+5), IT specialty Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Key skills: analytical capacity, rigor, proactive approach
