As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Third-Party Operational Risk Analyst M/F to join our Operational Risk team. Within our organization, you will play a key role in controlling the risks related to our service providers and in securing our activities. Your missions 1: Be the guarantor of the service provider register and ensure risk assessment You manage the collection and completeness of documents necessary for risk assessment. You evaluate the classification of services in coordination with support functions and Operational Risk and ensure the reliability, updating, and quality of the data in the service provider register. You produce regular reporting on the status and risks of the portfolio and guarantee structured, compliant, and traceable archiving of documents. 2: Ensure the proper application of the contracting process with service providers You prepare and manage contractual packages in connection with stakeholders, in compliance with internal requirements and risk assessments. You coordinate exchanges with service providers and internal teams, ensure the completeness, compliance, and signature of contracts, and guarantee the availability of documents. You promote and monitor compliance with processes, perform regular controls, and ensure reliable contractual archiving. Finally, you anticipate contract ends to secure transitions. 3: Manage the TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) framework You guarantee compliance with the Group's outsourcing requirements and deploy local procedures. You ensure the monitoring of the Outsourcing strategy, produce regulatory reporting, and manage the associated committees. You maintain the service provider risk mapping, follow remediation plans, and ensure the operational management of service providers. You coordinate interactions with Risk, Compliance, and Audit functions and contribute to the animation of governance committees. 4: Develop a risk culture and support service provider managers You deploy a third-party risk management culture through regular awareness actions. You design and lead training sessions as well as onboarding paths and support service provider managers in managing incidents and anomalies in order to secure their processing and limit impacts. 5: Contribute to continuous improvement and the deployment of audit actions You actively participate in strengthening the third-party risk control framework. You monitor and manage the implementation of recommendations resulting from audits and contribute to improvement projects while respecting deadlines and set objectives. Required skills You have a good level of English allowing you to operate in an international professional environment. You possess cross-functional knowledge of the banking field as well as an understanding of legal issues and banking regulation. You master the fundamentals of project management, which allows you to effectively manage cross-functional topics and coordinate multiple stakeholders. You are also comfortable with office tools, particularly the Pack Office. Possessing a strong sense of control, you demonstrate rigor and organization in managing your activities. Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to handle complex topics and report on the issues clearly. Finally, your interpersonal ease and communication skills, both written and oral, allow you to interact effectively with various interlocutors. Position based in Roissy Profile sought You have a higher education background at the Bac +5 level (business school or university) with a specialization in banking/finance, audit, internal control, risk management, or compliance. Additional certifications are an asset. You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally acquired in the banking sector, in risk management or in supplier management.
