Mission 1: Implement precise monitoring of projects under responsibility

• Implement a WBS for the project, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and clearly identified deliverables
• Complete this WBS with dependencies between actions
• Involve the teams in charge of the actions to ensure the consistency of the whole and define dates for the finalization of these actions
• Regularly monitor project progress (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Identify project risks and qualify them
• Propose a decision for each risk and preventive and/or corrective action plans; estimate the impact of these action plans on the project as a whole

Mission 2: Perform regular reporting of projects under responsibility

• Organize understandable and exhaustive reporting of all project actions
• Share this reporting with all project stakeholders to ensure cohesion between all project participants
• Present this reporting periodically to management.

We are looking for a profile with knowledge of project formalization techniques, project monitoring techniques (incl. Risk Detection) and mastering project progress reporting methods as well as English.
