Your Mission at Voi

As a driver / service driver, you ensure that our e-scooter fleet is ready for use at all times. Sometimes you are on the road in a van handling logistics tasks in the urban area, sometimes you work in a team to handle maintenance and quick on-site repairs. In short: without you, Stuttgart and the surrounding area would come to a standstill.

Your Tasks

• Collecting scooters, making them available, and organizing the logistics behind it
• Locating and collecting damaged vehicles
• Changing batteries
• Carrying out quick repairs directly on-site
• Diagnosing and repairing defective vehicles
• Recycling and dismantling non-repairable vehicles
• Receiving, packaging, and preparing new vehicles and batteries in the warehouse
• Supporting our on-site team – whether identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen scooters

What you bring to the table

Must-have:

• Valid EU driving license Class B
• Fluent English
• Willingness to perform physical work for several hours at a time
• Flexibility for shift and weekend work

Nice-to-have:

• Local knowledge of the area and driving experience in city traffic
• Experience with tools, technology, or manual work
• Confident handling of digital tools and apps
• Calmness in stressful situations, such as difficult parking or traffic situations

• Swap batteries
• Carry out quick repairs on-site
• Diagnose and fix broken vehicles
• Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can't be repaired
• Receive, package and prepare new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
• Support the on-site team — spotting damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or picking up vehicles that have fallen over

What you'll need

Must-have:

• Comfortable doing physical work for several hours at a time
• Flexibility for shift and weekend work

• Local knowledge of the city and surrounding areas and experience driving in the city
• Experience with tools, mechanics or hands-on repairs

• A calm head in stressful moments, like tricky parking or traffic
