The Inside Sales department in the Böhler Tooling segment handles the commercial support of customers throughout the entire offer and order process. This includes the examination and processing of inquiries, the creation and follow-up of offers, as well as full order processing including schedule monitoring, price finalization, and shipping coordination. As a central interface between customers, field service, production, and logistics, Inside Sales ensures smooth processes and on-time deliveries. Another component is active customer support, providing customers with competent assistance regarding products, delivery status, and logistical topics. Additionally, the department is responsible for complaint processing as well as the ongoing maintenance of master data and pricing systems, thereby contributing significantly to high service quality and customer satisfaction.
YOUR TASKS:
- Inquiry and order processing (inquiry examination, making offers, order negotiations, order tenders, contingency planning, price lists, receivables and credit management, export control)
- Handling day-to-day business with sales companies and direct customers
- Order tracking in cooperation with internal departments
- Complaint handling
- Customer support
- Project work
- Master Data Management (CRM, IPS, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education at Matura level (HTL/HAK) or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in sales
- Very good English skills
- Very good IT skills (MS-Office), experience with SAP as well as AI desirable
- Experience in dealing with customers is an advantage
- Confident and open demeanor
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Stress resistance as well as the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner even in challenging situations
- Initiative and commitment to the continuous optimization of workflows
WHAT WE OFFER:
Remuneration and benefits: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position with Matura is € 3,396.21 gross (14 times p.a.). The actual pay depends on the respective qualification or professional experience.
