Your tasks

• Support the development and maintenance of global Finance processes within the S/4HANA template

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (m/f/d), Global Business Process Managers (GBPM) (m/f/d) and Finance experts (m/f/d) to identify process improvement opportunities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into process and system solutions, in alignment with IT experts (m/f/d)

• Evaluate local requirements and ensure alignment with global template standards and governance

• Contribute to template enhancements, testing, training, and rollout activities

• Support Finance data migration, cutover preparation, and business readiness activities

• Prepare process documentation, training material, and business procedures

• Facilitate workshops with local Finance teams and key users (m/f/d) in English language

• Promote fit-to-template principles

• Support issue resolution during S/4HANA rollout and hypercare phases

Requirements

• Commercial Academy (HAK) or comparable business-oriented education

• Experience in Finance processes within manufacturing or industrial environments

• Good understanding of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, payment processes, tax, and financial closing)

• Basic understanding of the integration of Finance with Controlling, Purchasing, Sales, and Dispatch (Transport Management)

• Basic understanding of Finance data migration

• Experience in international projects, process harmonization or digital transformation is an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What we offer

The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 3.396,21 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience andqualifications.
