What awaits you:

• As a Senior Expert Deployment (m/f/d), you are responsible for the successful implementation of complex new construction, conversion, and transformation projects in the fixed network for Vodafone Deutschland and ensure the achievement of goals regarding quality, time, and budget.
• You manage cross-departmental projects and programs of high strategic relevance and take responsibility for their successful implementation across all project phases.
• You develop and are responsible for sophisticated project, resource, and schedule plans and ensure effective control of all involved internal and external partners.
• You lead multidisciplinary project teams professionally and coordinate the cooperation of different departments, service providers, and stakeholders at the management level.
• You identify risks, conflicting objectives, and escalation topics early on and derive effective measures for sustainable goal achievement.
• You are responsible for the economic management of demanding rollout and transformation projects, taking into account technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
• You initiate and lead cross-departmental improvement and optimization measures and actively drive the further development of processes, methods, and control instruments.
• You undertake special tasks and strategically relevant projects on behalf of the management level and represent their interests to internal and external stakeholders.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed university education or a comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the deployment environment.
• In-depth experience in the field of telecommunications technology as well as in the construction and conversion of TK systems and TK infrastructures.
• Strong project management competence as well as experience in applying established project management methods.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and persuasion skills, as well as high initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
• Class B driver's license.
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (B2 according to GER).

This position can be performed full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
