What awaits you:

• As a Senior Expert Site Rental Management (m/f/d) in the TQIR group, you will be jointly responsible within the team for acquisition services in Network Development (TN area) for technical sites.
• This includes contract, landlord, and partner management for existing sites, as well as contract negotiations with landlords for new sites and upgrades for additional antennas and Microwave.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the budget required for these sites in this group, create a transparent budget overview, and ensure efficient service provider control of framework rental agreements.
• Necessary requirements for the further or new development of tools are created in the form of use cases and implemented with the corresponding interface. A solid data base is continuously maintained, guaranteeing the site security of the technical sites.
• You will perform difficult and diverse tasks for an entire area of responsibility in the specialist department independently and autonomously in accordance with general guidelines.
• You will continuously check processes for improvement and participate in process optimization.
• You will implement processes for the introduction of new technologies and projects and develop special solutions for project-specific measures.
• You will develop methods and procedures and possess specific and supra-regional expertise for specialist topics.
• You are responsible for the significant shaping of specialist topics and represent positions, e.g., in workshops and working groups.
• You ensure effective partner management for controlling service providers and recording performance.
• You ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines as well as efficient resource planning.
• You are responsible for the active design and further development of processes, including the introduction of new tools and projects.
• You create concepts for special solutions for project-specific measures and act as the responsible contact person for internal interfaces, external companies, and service providers.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed university education or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent experience in designing and implementing processes and workflows in the real estate industry and adjacent specialist areas.
• In-depth knowledge in the field of real estate for technical buildings of telecommunications technology.
• Excellent general technical understanding with a quick grasp and the ability to quickly recognize complex core topics.
• Very good knowledge of processes and in professional project management.
• Solid PC skills and confident application of basic user programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of the market environment as well as current legal and technological developments.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, as well as the application of project management techniques.
• Efficient, independent, and structured way of working.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking as well as high identification with the area of responsibility and openness to innovation.
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (B2 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
