Your tasks

• As a Senior Expert Real Estate (m/w/d), you will ensure a smooth process in the area of Real Estate / Immobilienmanagement for our mobile phone masts.
• As a Key Account, you are responsible for partner management with our two largest providers.
• You will take responsibility for the creditor process steps in the Real Estate environment.
• You will structure a functioning end-to-end process by involving various specialist departments as well as external partners.
• You will develop and implement meaningful end-to-end monitoring.
• You will ensure the punctual payment of all lease agreements through the implementation of an error-free control system.
• Together with the acquirers in the region, you will coordinate our mobile phone masts, new buildings, and other property topics.
• You will be responsible as the primary contact for the strategic partnership on a supra-regional level.

Requirements

What distinguishes you

• Experience in working with large mobile phone accounts.
• Very good knowledge of the mobile communications sector and in working with network infrastructure companies.
• Independent and self-reliant way of working.
• High level of commitment as well as the ability to achieve excellent work results even under high pressure.
• Excellent willingness to perform and result orientation.
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing (B2 according to GER).
