Do you love challenges, maintain an overview even in dynamic situations, and want to drive data-driven decisions? Then actively help shape the strategic development of our brands SIMon mobile and otelo as a Senior Expert IT Business Analyst.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the data base, its evaluation, and the derivation of recommendations for action for marketing, sales, and product development in the mobile communications segment for Mid- and Low-Value customers. In doing so, you will implement your own projects - e.g., for the automation and visualization of data - and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.

What awaits you:

• As a Senior Expert IT Business Analyst (m/f/d), you are responsible for the analysis of marketing measures and proposition expansions based on a unified CRM system and provide data-driven recommendations for the further development of the brands SIMon mobile and otelo.
• You provide strategic, data-driven recommendations for the further development of the brands SIMon mobile and otelo and coordinate these with your management and internal interfaces such as Controlling and Commercial Management.
• You create forecasts, plan budgets, and monitor performance management.
• You independently lead projects in cooperation with internal cross-functional teams such as Data Engineering, the Digital Analytics Team, or Big Data/AI teams of the Vodafone Group.
• You develop automated data streams to assist operational teams by creating data structures within the Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, and you create management dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
• You optimize data delivery across digital touchpoints and manage an external service provider for the administration of Javascript tags on the websites.
• You are responsible for the Web Analytics tasks for the two brands, ranging from clean data delivery to the analytics tool to the creation of reporting, e.g., for continuous traffic analyses or onsite A/B tests.

What distinguishes you:

• A successfully completed degree, ideally with an analytical or data-related focus.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Sound knowledge in the field of data analysis, especially in SQL and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Web Analytics, and Digital Marketing is desirable.
• Strong, clean understanding of data and pragmatic, goal-oriented thinking.
• Excellent conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking, as well as teamwork and quality awareness.
• Independent, structured way of working as well as high solution orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (C1 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
