In the "IESD BPM Delivery" group, we work on the automation and digitalization of Vodafone Enterprise IT processes in all areas, such as Order Fulfillment or Customer Care/Customer Request Management. In close cooperation with our Indian VOIS offshore team, we rely on the Pega Infinity platform in an AWS Cloud setup and also use other modern technologies and methods (DevOps, AI/Machine Learning, SAFe/Scrum/Agile etc.).
What to expect:
- As a Pega Infinity Architect CSSA/CLSA (m/f/d), you will take on the lead designer role for an application based on the Pega Infinity platform
- Working in an agile setup, you will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders of your application, supporting them in regular workshops to define their requirements and creating an application/feature design based on them
- Working in an agile setup, you will collaborate closely with the Indian offshore development team (VOIS) and guide them in the implementation of your designs
- You will maintain a permanent focus on extensibility, reusability, increasing the degree of automation, and the creative use of modern technologies
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- At least 5 years of development experience with the Pega Infinity platform as well as experience in Pega application design (ideally CSSA/CLSA certification)
- Ability to abstract and the desire to break down complex requirements into elegant, extensible, and implementable designs
- The ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable manner
- Enjoyment in solving problems as well as in strategic application extensions
- Knowledge of agile methods and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Confluence, Jira)
- High readiness for innovation and the ability to successfully implement innovations
- Very good written and spoken English skills (B2 according to GER).
This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
