In this role, together with your colleagues within the ESS department at the headquarters in Düsseldorf, you will be responsible for the cross-segment operational steering as well as the strategic further development of the industry and association group business in the VBG.

What awaits you:

• As Manager (m/f/d) Industries & Networks, you will continuously analyze market, industry, and network developments and identify relevant potentials in existing and new partnerships.
• You will assess strategic relevance, economic viability, and scalability at a management level as a basis for sustainable growth initiatives.
• You will translate identified potentials and external impulses into concrete recommendations for action and activation models.
• You will be responsible for the implementation as well as the cross-segment steering in all relevant segments, including performance controlling along clear objectives, priorities, and economic impact.
• You will proactively identify new association groups, networks, and multipliers with a strategic fit and evaluate possible cooperation.
• You will act as the interface of the VBG to existing and new association groups at a management level and represent Vodafone at the corresponding events.

What distinguishes you:

• Several years of professional experience in the B2B environment, ideally in sales-oriented, controlling, or strategic roles with interfaces to sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing market, industry, or network potentials as well as in deriving and implementing sales measures.
• Experience in building, managing, and further developing strategic partnerships, association groups, or network structures.
• Strong ability to systematically analyze unstructured market, industry, and network impulses and translate them into concrete, controllable sales and activation approaches.
• High competence in end-to-end lead and funnel management, including qualification, prioritization, handover, follow-up, and active steering across all phases.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (B2 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
