What awaits you:

  • As an Expert Application Operations Run (m/w/d), you ensure the 24/7 availability and performance of all responsible platforms and applications for end customers, customer support, and other specialist departments by analyzing and optimizing the managed systems as well as establishing efficient monitoring.
  • You coordinate and drive the independent, goal-oriented processing and resolution of highly complex incidents through collaboration with and the management of development units, external suppliers, and other service providers.
  • You support the optimization of software quality through the continuous analysis of occurring errors (incident/problem management) and the regular conduct of review meetings with development partners as well as the test and delivery areas.
  • You support project work in the feasibility, implementation, and stabilization phases after Go-Live.
  • You ensure compliance with prescribed security guidelines for the responsible applications, systems, and platforms by analyzing access and permissions, as well as performing corrective measures and supporting SOX and security audits.

What distinguishes you:

  • Completed studies in technical or industrial engineering or comparable training.
  • At least five years of professional experience in the operation of complex system landscapes.
  • Very good process and IT know-how in telecommunications.
  • German language skills desirable.
  • Experience in intercultural communication and collaboration.
  • Good written and spoken English skills (B1 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
