What awaits you:

• You continuously develop and document the degree of digitalization in ET.
• You take over sub-project management in digitalization programs and projects.
• You have an overarching, customer-centric view of the VBG business processes, their digital requirements, and their impact on customers.
• You keep the digitalization and automation rate in focus during every development and further development of the ET core systems.
• You support the identification of highly manual and frequently recurring processes and develop short- and medium-term effective automation and digitalization measures.
• You are responsible for the selection, construction, and maintenance of future-proof digitalization concepts (both internal and customer-facing).
• You are responsible for the functionality, usability, simplicity, and user interface of the ET support systems (e.g., eTop, Order Factory, and Service Monitor).
• You actively support the maintenance and further development of the processing tools used by fulfillment and service units.

What distinguishes you:

• Successfully completed (university) degree in business administration or technology, or completed technical training.
• At least four years of professional experience in the field of digitalization, IT strategy, software development, business performance management, or business intelligence.
• Good knowledge in the development and further development of IT strategies, the digitalization mechanics contained therein, and the associated information system architecture.
• Good knowledge of Vodafone business products and processes in the fixed-network and mobile communications sectors, especially in fulfillment, operation, and service processes as well as the associated systems.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• A pronounced eye for simplicity, functionality, and utility in relation to costs.
• Strong digital and highly simplifying solution orientation.
• Active driving of continuous optimizations and innovations.
• High passion for digitalization and IT solutions.
• High methodological competence as well as a structured and analytical way of working.
• Strong team orientation and very strong communication skills.
• High degree of independence and assertiveness.

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf location for Vodafone GmbH.
