Testing operations are currently performed manually, and the initiated automation components remain fragmented, as the internal QA team is heavily burdened by operational workload. We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (M/F) with a solid technical foundation who knows how to leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to consolidate existing assets, accelerate development, and secure every major client delivery.

Main Missions Development of the Automation Strategy: Audit existing components at the client site, define the target architecture, and design a unified framework adapted to the Salesforce environment. Consolidation & AI-Boosted Test Generation: Assemble scattered scripts and accelerate the writing and maintenance of non-regression tests using AI tools. Securing Client Deployments: Orchestrate and execute the automated test suite ahead of each production release or major delivery. Support to the Client QA Team: Work in synergy with the existing functional QA to relieve them of repetitive manual executions. Profile sought: Technical Expertise & Tooling: Solid technical background in automation and recognized mastery of market standards (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Cypress). Mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem: Proven experience on the Salesforce platform (Lightning interfaces, business flows, data model). Appetite & Practice of AI: Regular use of AI (code/script generation, dataset creation, impact analysis) to drive productivity gains. English Proficiency: Fluent English is essential to operate within the client's international context. Soft Skills: Consultant/builder mindset, autonomy, rigor, and excellent ability to structure a project from A to Z.
