Mission of the Professional Services and Delivery team The Delivery pole of our Professional Services department has the mission to define, implement, deploy, maintain, and evolve client projects on InsideBoard AI in compliance with their needs, by making the most of the platform's features. The Delivery pole is an essential component of InsideBoard AI and interacts with many departments of the company (Product, CSM, Sales, Marketing, ...).

Your responsibilities as a Senior Solution Designer Within the Delivery team, the Business Analyst is responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into a functional solution, and configuring the platform to ensure alignment between business challenges and InsideBoard's capabilities.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Delivery, as a Senior Business Analyst, you will be in charge of the following missions:

Needs analysis & design

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with clients.
• Understand business challenges, objectives, and success indicators.
• Challenge the client using your expertise to best guide them in the design of their project.
• Write detailed functional specifications.
• Design the functional solution on InsideBoard.

Configuration & functional integration

• Functionally configure the InsideBoard platform.
• Collaborate with the Data Integration team to define data flows.
• Work with the Technical Account Manager on authentication, security, and functional architecture topics.

Tests & validation

• Define test scenarios.
• Perform functional acceptance testing phases.
• Guarantee the compliance of the solution with specifications before production release.

Advisory & content

• Support clients in their animation and communication strategy.
• Create content within the platform (posts, challenges, journeys).
• Advise on user adoption and engagement.

Cross-functional contribution

• Feed back client feedback to the Product team and propose improvements.
• Participate in pre-sales phases (demos, mockups).
• Support partners on functional aspects.

Profile sought

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or functional Consulting in a SaaS environment (ideally).
• Engineering degree
• Excellent analysis and formalization skills.
• Mastery of digital tools, SaaS environments, as well as agents.
• Fluent English.
• Ideally know and have worked on CRM/ERP type tools.

Recruitment process: An initial 15-minute call will be scheduled with Shelly as soon as your application is approved, followed by an HR interview with Shelly again. Then, you will have a one-hour interview to discuss your experiences, motivations, and our company with Sébastien. You will meet your future manager, Manan, to discuss the role, your skills, and what we can offer you in more detail. Finally, a phone call with Michael, one of the directors of InsideBoard AI, will close the process.
