Reefer Coordinator (5-shift) (132029)

Your tasks

VNOM is looking for a driven and experienced Reefer Coordinator to fully lead a shift. In this position, you will receive full responsibility to guide, manage, and coordinate a shift. You can:

• Management and coordination of reefer operations;
• Provide customer support and resolve problems/emergencies at the terminal;

• Maintain planning;
• Monitor reefer equipment;

• Prepare reports;
• Collaboration with the technical department.

Requirements

Experience in reefer management or a related position (think of a team leader within logistics);

• Excellent communication skills;
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation;

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of the English language;

• Experience with customer relations and customer service;
• Some knowledge of (Reefer) technology is desired.
